Biology gets to experience real-life applications of punnet squares and heredity. Thank you Mrs. Ellison for bringing in your show rabbits and for discussing the planning you go through to get desired traits. Students are given the traits of the pregnant rabbit and the sire, will make predictions on ofspring traits, and then in 31 days find out if the babies look like expected. And they were pretty cute and soft!
