Tomorrow, all students in grades 7-12 will have an opportunity to buy lemonade from Fresh Lemonade Co. (out of Sedalia) during their lunch shift. 20% of all proceeds will go to Student Council to support activities for our students.
Mrs. Shearer's 7th grade Science students built Series and Parallel Circuits today in class. They learned that each Circuit has a different number of paths for electricity to flow. What will happen to all the bulbs when 1 goes out??

Students in Ms. Callahan's Anatomy class are completing the beginning steps of their human body projects. Students had to piece together and label all of the organs within the cranial, thoracic, and abdominopelvic cavities. The students will build off of these projects for the rest of the year as they learn more about each organ system.

Students in Mrs. Rusk's You & the Law class were invited to view the Western District Missouri Court of Appeals yesterday as it convened on UCM's campus. Students heard oral arguments for four cases and were able to participate in a Q&A session with Judge Sutton, Judge Ahuja, and Judge Pfeiffer. It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to partake in the criminal justice process!
Students in Ms. Larson's computer class worked on putting the alphabet in order and matching upper- and lowercase letters.
