It is my privilege to continue my career at Cole Camp Elementary for the 2022-2023 academic year. For me, this will be year number 13 of teaching in public schools, and I know it will be a lucky one! Teaching here has given me a new lease on life and I love it more than I can explain!

This year, I have big plans! First, students will fine-tune skills in all the usual areas of visual arts (drawing, painting, sculpture, clay, and etc). Specifically, we will create decorations for the winter holiday music program. In addition, students with be talking about art through a process called Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS). This method strengthens skills in observation, and helps back up ideas with evidence.
